Terms of Service WireDNSProxy.Cloud

§1 General Provisions

1. The owner of the website and the Seller is SULEMA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at 22 Stycznia 1863r. 14, 32-540 Trzebinia, NIP: 6282291938, KRS: 0001046418, REGON: 525808780. Share capital: 10000 PLN. District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register.

2. Contact with the Seller is exclusively electronic via the notification system at: https://cp.wirednsproxy.cloud/contact.php.

3. Digital products and services are sold digital products and services are sold online to customers from all over the world via the https://cp.wirednsproxy.cloud panel.

4. All prices presented on the website are net and do not include VAT, which depends on the buyer's country.


§2 Items of Sale

1. The Seller offers a digital product in the form of a software license: Wireguard DNS Proxy Software.

2. The product is delivered digitally as installation files for self-implementation or access to a repository/automatic installer.


§3 Order Fulfillment

1. The product will be delivered digitally within 24 hours of the payment being processed by the payment system.

2. The customer will receive access details to the license panel via email at https://devhost.pl/wg/.

3. In the event of technical issues with automatic order fulfillment on weekends or public holidays, requests will be processed from 8:00 AM on the first business day following the interruption.


§4 Payments

1. The Seller provides the following payment methods:

  • Stripe: debit cards and debit cards.
  • TPay: express transfers, BLIK, deferred payments, and installments.
  • Bank transfer: executed as Split Payment to the following account: PL89114020040000320283861597.

§5 Updates and Support

1. The purchased software license includes 1 year of access to software updates.

2. Extension of access to updates for another year (after the initial period expires) is €20 net.

3. The Seller does not provide software installation services on the Customer's infrastructure as part of the license price, unless the offer states otherwise.


§6 Right of Withdrawal

1. Due to the nature of the product (digital content not delivered on a tangible medium), the Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the performance of the service began with the Customer's express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period and after the Seller informed the Customer of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

2. Downloading the software files or generating a license key is equivalent to the commencement of the service provision and the loss of the right of withdrawal.


§7 Final Provisions

1. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Changes come into effect on the date of publication of the new version of the Terms and Conditions on the website.

2. In matters not regulated herein, the relevant provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act, shall apply.
