§1 General Information

3. Personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.


§2 Purpose and basis of data processing

Users' personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Fulfilling orders for digital products and SaaS services (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR).
  • Issuing invoices and conducting financial reporting (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR).
  • Handling service requests and communicating via the Support Ticket system (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR).
  • Ensuring the security and stability of systems (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR).

§3 Scope of collected data

We process data necessary to complete transactions and provide services, in particular: name and surname, email address, residential/registered office address, Tax Identification Number (NIP) (for companies), telephone number, and payment details.


§4 Data Recipients

Personal data may be transferred to cooperating entities only to the extent necessary to provide services:

  • Payment operators (Stripe, TPay).
  • Accounting service providers.
  • Server infrastructure providers (to maintain SaaS instances).

§5 Data Retention Period

1. Data processed for the purpose of order fulfillment will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the contract, and then for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the calendar year).

2. Data in the Support Ticket system is stored for the duration of the customer's account activity or until it is deleted at the user's request.


§6 User Rights

Every data subject has the right to:

  • Access their data and receive a copy thereof.
  • Correct (amend) data.
  • Delete data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict data processing.
  • Object to processing.
  • Lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§7 Cookies and Server Logs

1. The website uses cookies to ensure the proper operation of the customer panel and for analytical purposes (Google Tag Manager).

2. Servers automatically save technical logs (IP address, date, time) to ensure the stability and security of the service, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
